Apex BASE Order Information


There are several ways to order equipment and accessories. For now, everything except canopies and rigs can be ordered online. When you order a canopy and/or a harness/container you need to fill out the customer information sheet and the specific order form(s) which are found Here. If you are computer saavy, you can choose to download the order forms into Adobe Photoshop and e-mail them as Acrobat files. This e-mail should go to perris@apexbase.com.

The other option is to print the order forms, fill them out and fax them to Perris (951-940-1326).

Order Forms
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to view the PDF format that it is in. Order forms are here.


Harness/Container Only: includes bridle and owners manual.

Harness/Container Package: includes container with non-articulated harness, bridle, risers with EZ grab LRT toggles, pilot chute (up to $75 value), owners manual and short sleeve t-shirt. You can upgrade individual items for the difference in cost. A savings of $52.

Canopy/Container Package: includes Harness/Container Package plus any canopy, large hole mesh slider, deluxe stash bag, hook knife, field kit and 50% off a second p/c. You can upgrade individual items for the difference in cost. A savings of $204.


Canopy Only: includes stainless steel connector links, link covers, black lines, red Tail Gate Friendly lines, dual brake settings, large hole mesh slider, tail pocket and tail gate.

If you are ordering accessories only, you can use the online ordering feature of the website.

When you place the online order, you will receive an e-mail from us within a few days with your total which will then include shipping and payment details.

Please provide complete information on your order forms to facilitate processing and ensure accuracy.

If you are emailing with a change to your order or updating any information associated with your order, please reference your invoice # or at least give your complete name in the email.

Delivery Times:
Our normal delivery times are typically 6-8 weeks however during busy seasonal influxes of orders delivery times can extend to 10-14 weeks. You will be quoted a delivery time when placing an order. These are estimations and are not guaranteed. For guaranteed delivery times we have a system called "Expedite Service". Please call for our current delivery times and "Expedite Service" quotes.

Delivery times begin after a 50% deposit has been received by Apex BASE.


Domestic Orders
For domestic orders by E-mail, phone, fax, or by mail please include, or have ready, the following:

1. Full Name.
2. Exact billing address of credit card, and shipping address (If different).
3. Phone number, Fax number, and E-mail address (Whichever apply).
4. The equipment you wish to order. You must specify, Descriptions, Quantities, Sizes and Colors.
5. Shipping preference. We ship UPS, and U.S. Postal Service. We will ship UPS to all physical addresses and U.S. Postal Service to P.O. Box addresses.
6. Credit card information: We accept VISA and Mastercard. Card holder's name, credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of the card. This is a secure site. If you do not wish to submit your credit card information via e-mail, you are welcome to call or fax it in to us.

International Orders
For International orders by E-mail, phone, fax, or by mail please include the following:

1. Full Name.
2. Exact billing address of credit card, and shipping address (If different).
3. Phone number, Fax number, and E-mail address (Whichever apply).
4. The equipment you wish to order. You must specify Descriptions, Quantities, Sizes and Colors.
5. Shipping preference. We ship UPS, Airmail, or Fed Ex. (We can supply you with an estimated cost of shipping and insurance if you request it).
6. Credit card information: We accept VISA and Mastercard. Card holder's name, credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of the card. This is a secure site. If you do not wish to submit your credit card information via e-mail, you are welcome to call or fax it in to us.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend upon the weight and volume of the box being shipped.
For Domestic Orders, UPS is our preferred method of shipping.
For International Orders, UPS, and Airmail, and are used for shipping.

We can only give approximate shipping charges via E-mail, phone, or fax. We do not know the exact amount until we box the equipment and weigh it at the time of shipping.

Customer Service
Our Customer Service number is 951 940-1324. Customer service hours are 8:30 to 16:00 Monday through Thursday, Pacific Standard Time. You can also reach us by E-mail at perrisATapexbase.com.. All E-mails should include your name, address, phone and fax numbers in order for us to answer you properly.

Questions about rigging and technical specifications can be answered by our loft during business hours. These hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:30 to 17:00. The phone number is 951.940.1324.

Written inquiries are also invited, and will be answered as fully and promptly as possible.

If you have sent an e-mail request and do not receive a response within 48 hours, please contact us again via e-mail or telephone. We request this due to the high volume of spam mail received we my sometimes inadvertently delete your message while clearing spam from our mailbox.

When you receive your shipment, please note the total amount shown on the invoice is the amount charged to your credit card. You are only charged for the items shipped, plus postage and handling. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until the backorder is shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once the order is processed, a cancellation fee up to 10% will apply. This percentage is based on the stage of production the order is in when the cancellation is received.

Return and Refund Policy
Unused new gear can be returned within thirty days of receipt and will be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice. Contact Apex BASE prior to returning any item.
Video tapes and DVD's cannot be returned. No refunds will be given to custom items, custom embroidery or custom logos.

Returned Checks
Apex BASE will charge $25.00 for all returned checks.
